Our client is an independent creative agency that designs immersive venues, gathers original content, develops compelling experience around live audiences, and organize interconnected campaigns. As Finance - Accounts Payable Coordinator you will manage all production accounts payable. You assist the Project Accountant in maintaining clear accounts payable files, deadlines and tracking. You are well versed in accounts payable accounting practices and dealing with suppliers. Duration- August - January 2024 (3rd week) Job Location- Yas Island, Abu Dhabi Experience-2+ years Visa- Own visa(Freelance/Spouse/Golden/Family Sponsorship) MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage receipt and logging of all supplier invoices. Assist with communications with suppliers to answer any queries, including payment questions and discrepancies. Assist with communications with People corporate Finance team in relation to all accounts payable suppliers and freelancers. Assist with communications with all department heads related to supplier enquiries and requirements. Understand the approved supplier list (client approved). Assist with tracking of all accounts payable, as required. Assist with maintenance of all accounting files both paper and electronic ensuring information is easily accessible and understandable. Assist with the creation of POs for freelancers. Assist with the creation of POs for suppliers as requested. Support Project Accountant with any other Finance team duties as required

Skillsets Organized so that clear files are kept for all accounts payable. Attention To Detail is key to ensuring procurement documents are accurate and purchase orders match. Time Management skills are essential in managing own time, deadlines and any tracking spreadsheets. Discretion is key as you work with confidential information. Microsoft Office excellent/advanced excel capabilities. Word and Outlook. Proficiency with Procim preferred but not required (training will be provided)
