Job Description

We are seeking experienced accountants to join our team, who can manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to support the company's operations.

Looking for candidates who can join immediately (Within one week). Only applicants currently based in the UAE should apply.

Educational Requirement - Bachelors/master's degree in commerce.

Experience Required - 2 to 4 Years.

Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.

What you'll do.

• Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and handle collections process as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP and AR.
• Provide support for audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payment and invoicing inquiries.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare and record journal entries accurately and timely.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Provide support for audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures.
• Handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
