The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and Federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns and handle any audits or inquiries.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
