Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations within our hypermarket organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the financial health and stability of the organization through meticulous financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hypermarket sector.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the UAE.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with financial management in the hypermarket industry.
• Familiarity with UAE hypermarket regulations and financial practices.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
