We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager to oversee sales, operations, and account management functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a portfolio of accounts, drive sales growth, streamline operations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and nurture relationships to close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.
Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership.
Client and Account Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored strategies to meet their goals.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of account executives or support staff.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, Accountancy or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in account management, sales, and operations roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in excel and other tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
