Key Responsibilities: 1.Financial Operations: Oversee and verify invoicing, vendor registration, accounts receivable and payable, cost control, bookkeeping, inventory reconciliation, banking, and online payment services, as well as general ledger (GL) postings. 2.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, quarterly and annual financial statements, department-specific performance reports, variance analyses, and key financial metrics and KPIs. 3.Trade Finance: Manage contracts secured by letters of credit, review draft contracts and LC terms, and arrange bank guarantees according to contractual obligations. 4.Audit, Compliance & Tax: Coordinate with auditors, update accounting policies, and handle regulatory filings and tax submissions in the UAE. 5.Procurement: Approve new vendors, review payment terms, verify vendor purchase orders (POs) with customer orders, and track expected delivery dates in line with advance payments. 6.Funding: Oversee bank repayments, prepare cash flow statements, forecast cash flows, and schedule vendor payments in accordance with customer delivery timelines and available bank facilities.Min Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 15000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:October 29, 2024
