Accounts Intern

to join our finance team and gain hands-on experience in accounting while working with clients and using

Zoho Books

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily accounting tasks, including

data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations

. Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in

Zoho Books

. Support in preparing

financial reports, statements, and documentation

. Handle

accounts payable and receivable

. Coordinate with clients for payments, invoice queries, and account-related matters. Work on

bank reconciliations and expense tracking

. Assist in tax filings and compliance documentation. Meet clients when necessary for financial discussions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing/completed) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in Zoho Books

(or willingness to learn quickly). Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

to interact with clients. Ability to

work independently and meet deadlines

. Detail-oriented with strong

analytical and problem-solving skills
