Accounts Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Contract - 6 months

Stipend : AED 1000

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping and data entry.
• Utilize Tally software for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Help with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects and tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Compulsory working knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Xero is a must.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
