Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking experienced "

Accounts & Finance Managers"

having atleast 5 years of experience in the signage and outdoor media advertising industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including managing accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with UAE based regulations, while providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making within the organization; leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting according to UAE accounting standards. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

Supervise the day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity. Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage annual operating budgets, including revenue and expense forecasts. Monitor budget variances and take corrective actions as needed.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely filing of all corporate tax returns in accordance with UAE tax regulations. Coordinate with external tax advisors on complex tax matters.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, including accountants, bookkeepers, and payroll specialists. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals. Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess financial risks.

Qualifications:

Master in Accounting & Finance or any other equivalent degree Certifications in Accounting i.e. CA, CMA, ACCA, qualified or part-qualified will be preferred.

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance in a managerial role, preferreably in signage and outdoor media advertising industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, MS-Dynamics, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential financial information. Proactive, collaborative, and consultative in leadership style.
