Budgeting, reporting, book keeping and preparing financial records accurately.
Providing administrative support to accounts department in respect of geographical localities like Oman & KSA.
Perform organizational accounting tasks to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accountant and Finance Manager.
Input invoices and receipts into Tally ERP 9/ Prime accounting system
Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing English and any other languages Professional business communication skills, including emailing, financial reporting and other department documentation and record keeping.
Excellent working knowledge of accounting and financial processes and Keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with computer applications, Microsoft spreadsheet software and other financial computer applications.
Support the accounts department in closing monthly Profit & Loss by closing the entries in accounting software.
Provide support in preparing various MIS like weekly, Monthly and quarterly sales and expense reports for higher management.
Ready to work in a fast-paced working environment and handle pressure.
Contribute to the process of statutory auditing.
Scrutinize the discrepancies in the accounting process.
Desired Candidate Profile
B. Com / M. Com / BBA/ MBA or any graduation degree in accounting and finance.
Preferred work experience in the service industry.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in UAE / Home Country.
Experience in audit/Consultancy firm is preferable.
