Job TitleAccounts ExecutiveBusinessEMGASJob PurposeTo contribute to the development of retail business of Emgas and achieve the Sales & Marketing objectivesPrincipal Accountabilities1) Achieve the targets/KPIs in the given area of responsibility as per the annual budget and business plans.2) Identify new distributors or potential customers for LPG & other products marketed in cylinders by conducting regular visits to the market, gathering market intelligence, monitor competitor moves and recording/generating leads in the ERP system for effective follow up and pipeline tracking.3) Increase market share, volumes and profitability in the given territory by recommending suitable sales tactics, strategies and other measures to establish Emgas as the preferred choice of consumers4) Support implementing suitable pricing structures and negotiate the same with customers and channel partners to achieve intended business results, effective follow up on receivables mitigating credit risk5) Monitor closely the impact of sales plans and processes in the market and report, suggest changes or improvements to achieve desired goals6) Continuously assess existing account challenges due to dynamic market and propose suitable retention/growth measures for the customers/channel partners for mutual benefitAdditional Principal Accountabilities7) Provide input for formulating annual budget and short/medium/long term plans for the business unit and implement strategies/tactics/promotions and report progress with updated information on the customer accounts handled8) Resolve field related issues through good coordination with supply points, government authorities etc as applicable to ensure compliance to regulations and effective implementation of company\'s policies.9) Attend promptly and efficiently to customer and end consumer requirements and improve customer satisfaction10) Is the front line for effective dissemination of information, company policies to customers and provides feedback for management decision makingExperience
Graduate with qualifications in Engineering, Sciences or Marketing
5 -7 years of relevant work experience in LPG /Petroleum or similar Industry
Strong relationship building and communication skills are essential
Commercial acumen with good financial understanding
Familiarity with working with ERP solutions like SAP and MS Office
