About NYBS Audit:

NYBS is an Accounting and VAT consulting firm based in Sharjah. We specialize in providing comprehensive financial services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing financial efficiency.

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Handle general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of data.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with VAT regulations.
• Provide support for audits and other financial assessments.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address financial queries and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or CA Intermediate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
