Mekar looking for an experienced sales coordinator who will work full-time and will work closely with the finance department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Track order status and update customers on shipment and delivery schedules.
Follow up with the customer for payments to ensure the deliveries are on time or as per schedule.
Administrative and sales support with requested monthly reports, pending quotations, and orders in process.
Coordinate with customers and the production team to ensure the monthly sales billing is achieved.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is a plus.
• 2-3 years of working experience in sales and accounts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
