Designation: Accounts cum Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts cum Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and procurement activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies. This role requires an individual who can balance accounting responsibilities with purchasing duties while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting software.
• Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and process payroll, expense claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses to meet company financial goals.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, fabrics, accessories, and tools required for upholstery production.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Track and resolve procurement-related discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain detailed records of financial and procurement transactions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and accounting activities with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards in procurement and accounting practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or upholstery industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of upholstery materials and suppliers.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Understanding of import/export regulations and customs clearance (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
