We are looking for an Accounts cum Procurement Executive to manage financial records and handle procurement tasks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting and procurement processes, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle procurement activities including sourcing, ordering, and vendor management.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
