Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team at Metal / Powder Coating Factory as a Cost Estimator (DIP - Dubai ). This role will be crucial in optimizing our production processes and ensuring cost efficiency in our operations.

:

• As a Cost Estimator, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough analyses of machine work capacity and working hours to develop and implement optimized production schedules.
• Accurately calculating material costs and estimating project expenses based on industry standards and market trends.
• Compiling and synthesizing data from various sources into comprehensive reports and spreadsheets to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborating closely with production, procurement, and finance departments to gather relevant information and ensure the accuracy of cost estimations.
• Continuously evaluating and refining cost estimation methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Production and Quality.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating expertise in production cost analysis and optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and spreadsheet software, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
