We are now expanding our team and looking to recruit an Accounts Coordinator Support to join our busy team in our Abu Dhabi office.

Role Overview:



You will provide accounts and administration support to the company professionals, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company's global financial operations.


Main Duties:

• Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum's processes.
• Speaking with clients to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.
• Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing.
• Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis
• Support in raising and distribution of Sales invoices and proforma invoices.
• Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
• Processing inspector's invoices on IRIS and Sage

Skills and Qualifications:

• Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Able to work using own initiative.
• Confident telephone manner
• Able to communicate with clients, suppliers, and senior members of staff.
