Job Title : Cordinator & Social Media Coordinator
Location : Ajman , UAE
Requirements:
Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Must have a valid UAE residency visa
Salary range: 3,0 00 aed - 4,000 aed/month

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Tax & Bookkeeping office . You will be responsible for:
• Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries : Respond to phone and WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism and clarity to convert leads into customers.
• Social Media Management : Develop and post daily content across our social media platforms, including writing creative captions, with the aim of boosting brand awareness and driving engagement.
• Accounts Coordination & Clerical Support : Assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating accounts and general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal candidate will have :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic speakers preferred but not required
• Previous experience in sales, social media management, or customer service is preferred in " Audit firm "
• A creative mindset for crafting engaging content
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Previous experience with Audit Firm is a bonus
• Preffered with short notice period
