Job Key Details
- Assist in preparing books of accounts
- Undertake monthly bank reconciliations
- Preserve accurate and up to date store records for accountability reasons
- Manage accounts payables and receivables
- Give recommendations on areas of improvement in the management of stock to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Respond to store enquiries on time and appropriately
- Assist in filling of statutory returns
- Carry out sock checks in order to identify defects and ensure such stock is replaced
- Record all financial transactions through entering account information into the system
- Responsible for inventory management
- Bachelors of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent required
- At least two years of experience in the same field required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Expertise in computer applications including knowledge of the accounting software
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be on visit visa
- Must be highly organized and a good time manager
