Accounts Payable and Payroll support to the High Risk Managed Services service line. Role tasks and responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Review invoices and process payments.
Manage the supplier onboarding process.
Track and process travel expense reimbursements and salary deductions.
Payroll
Review the monthly payroll, ensure they are as per HR data and that amounts are calculated and booked correctly.
Verify payroll supporting documents are saved on file for joiners, leavers, and those with contract amendments.
Resolve payroll queries and issues.
Financial Accounting and Reporting
Analyse and report variances between actual costs vs. forecast and budget.
Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations related to Accounts Payable and Payroll.
General Responsibilities
Provide ad hoc support to HRMS Finance department as required.
Assist with local statutory reporting requirements as required.
Assist with internal and external audits as required. Identify and drive process improvement as required.
Assist Financial Controller and Regional Finance Director as required.
Requirements Essential
Good knowledge of IFRS.
Experience in an analytical accounting role.
Experienced user of MS Excel.
Preferred
Experience of audit.
Experience of working in a global business.
Experience of statutory accounting.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have at least reached part qualified status in a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
