Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors, correcting as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and records in an organized manner.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents and reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
