Roles & Responsibilities
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and gathering appropriate signatures
• Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
• Providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assisting with tax filings and ensuring timely payment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assisting with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Should be able to maintain Project Cost Centre wise Accounting accurately
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the accounting field.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
