Experience required minimum- 2 years in accounts in UAE exp.
Must have experience with Tally PRIME.
Preparation of Purchase vouchers, agreeing invoices with GRNs, ensuring that items are received prior to making payments in line with companys policy manual.
Handling petty cash, preparing and getting the petty cash vouchers approved, ensuring that relevant supporting documents are obtained prior to disbursement of petty cash in line with the companys policy manual & properly filling and entering petty cash transaction in Tally.
Entering financial transaction into the accounting systems and ensuring that they are error free.
Assisting the Chief Accountant / Management in the internal and external audits.
Filling and Documents control as guideline of Seniors / Auditors
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers passing correction entries if need be.
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
Maintain and record Sale Purchase, Debit credit entries.
Assisting Chief Accountant / Management in preparing of MIS report and Annual Budget.
Updating financial statements.
Any other work that may be assigned to you by the Chief Accountant / Management from time to time.
Preparation of PO / DO/ Invoice / SO
Management of PDCs (issued & received) & timing deposit of PDC into bank account.
