We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or student who has completed their Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. As an Accounts Assistant, you will assist with various financial tasks, including data entry, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting and admin activities. Interact with clients, including handling walk-in clients, and addressing basic queries related to accounts and finance. Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and transactions. Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized financial documentation. Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. Other duties as assigned by the finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (must be completed). Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be located near or residing in New Muweilah, Sharjah.
