Job Description

• PREFER LADIES CANDIDATES...
• Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
• Data Entry : Entering financial data into accounting software or databases.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable : Managing invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing of bills and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation : Reconciling bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies.
• Assisting with Financial Reports : Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Expense Tracking : Monitoring and recording company expenses.
• Customer Interaction : Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Assisting with Audits : Providing necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Compliance : Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
• General Administrative Support : Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and organizing financial document

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
