Accounts Assistant (female, Own Visa)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets as required.
• Handle petty cash management and perform data entry tasks.
• Assist with filing VAT returns
• Respond to queries regarding financial transactions and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• accounts assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
