Accounts Assistant

Job Qualifications:

Proficient in QuickBooks or other similar accounting software. Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting responsibilities.

TRUSTWORTHYand capable of handling confidential and sensitive financial information. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word etc. Knowledge about UAE Financial regulations Knowledge of accounting responsibilities Can join immediately

FRESHERSwith Home country experience can apply Must be attentive for every detail

Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Payable- Accurate update of Expenses Manage Accounts Receivable- Prepare and reconcile invoices Knowledge of UAE VAT Payment Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Proper posting of financial transactions into internal database Maintain the digital and physical financial records Close the monthly and quarterly reports Participate in the Quarterly and Annual Audit Monitor the financial status of the company. Check the accuracy of the spreadsheets

Education and Experience:

Degree Holder in Accounting 2-3 years experience as an Accountant
