Job Description

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Calculate VAT payable and recoverable, ensuring accurate reporting of sales and purchases.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, or financial administration.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Prepare financial reports (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
• the candidate should have experience on finance softwires, ERP, Quickbooks and other..

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and maintaining client records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
