• Daily Transactions : Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Bank Reconciliations : Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
• General Ledger Maintenance : Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger.
• Expense Management : Verify and process staff expense claims and petty cash entries.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly management accounts.
• Tax Compliance : Support with tax filings like VAT.
• Payroll Support : Assist in payroll processing and updating related records.
• Audits : Support in internal and external audit preparation and requirements.
