We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts, and will also assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Process invoices, payments, and daily transactions
• Maintain financial records, handle petty cash, and assist with monthly financial reporting
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Provide administrative assistance, including handling calls, emails, and documentation
• Coordinate office supplies, manage filing systems, and support daily operations
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain team calendars
• Assist with HR documentation and employee onboarding processes
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of accounting and administrative experience in the UAE
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
