Job Summary: Looking for an Accounts Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Provide support to the accounts department by completing accounting tasks as assigned
  • Assist in preparing budgets, reports as well as conducting bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company
  • Prepare purchase orders as necessary
  • Provide assistance in preparing financial documents including invoices, bills as well as accounts payable and receivable
  • Record office expenditures and make sure these expenses are within the set budget
  • Handle the payroll
  • Organize financial documents and post them to the proper accounts
  • Fix errors in financial reports and use proper reporting methods
  • Assist in preparing budgets, records as well as statements
  • Carry out any other related course as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or its equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the accounting field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to handle pressure and complete assignments on time
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as the accounting software packages
  • Excellent bookkeeping skills
