PURPOSE: As an Accounts and Logistics Specialist you are responsible in generating new business leads, communicating with existing customers about their orders, logistical needs, and arranging efficient transportation services with carriers. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services. \xc2\xb7 Integrating suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels \xc2\xb7 Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets \xc2\xb7 Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges \xc2\xb7 Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arranging shipment and transportation details with carrier agents \xc2\xb7 Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships \xc2\xb7 Providing support to the Finance Department \xc2\xb7 Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, creating purchase orders and maintaining inventory. \xc2\xb7 Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person \xc2\xb7 Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc tasks may be added, as deemed necessary REQUIREMENTS: Experience:

• 3-5 years of working experience in the same or similar role.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.

Languages:

• English (required)
• Mandarin Chinese (preferred)
