We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrator/Receptionist (Female Only) - Language :- Taglog or Maithili - Nepal language speaking & English is Must - join our team. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, manage documents, and support administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu..DO NOT APPLY
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Handle and organize important documents and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
• Support daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of office activities.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in English.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating a proactive and multitasking approach.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word & other office software.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Prior experience in accounts and administration is preferred.
• Attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
• Language :- ONLY Taglog or Maithili - Nepal language speaking & English is REQUIRED.
