Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in financial analysis and business planning.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement needs.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, or financial administration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
