The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, handle HR and administrative tasks, assist with accounting duties, and provide secretarial support to management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in HR tasks such as employee records, recruitment support, and onboarding. Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain office filing systems. Support accounting activities like invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry. Provide secretarial support, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and drafting correspondence. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role (HR, Admin, Accounts, or Secretary). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
