Job Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts

Creating Supplier's Purchase Invoices entry in ERP (Accounting Software) system.

Creating Customer Invoices as per orders & Instruction by the team.

Prepare Purchase Orders for suppliers.

Make all types of expense & petty cash entries and manage.

Bank Entries (payment, receipts), Update Bank, PDC Statement and Bank Reconciliation.

Maintaining Stock in ERP (Accounting Software) & making Adjustment / Reconciliation.

Account receivables/payables follow-up, including aging reports SOA preparations.

Allocation of payments as per payment details received and paid.

Prepare month end reconciliation and journal entries.

Prepare and file quarterly VAT.

Preserve proper records for reference & maintain proper filing.

Prepare and publish timely financial statements.

Admin

Maintaining All Our Customer AMC Details, Managing and scheduling Engineers for AMC Preventive maintenance visits to the customer as per mentioned in AMC.

Summarizes the all-customer details and maintaining proper records for all customers, active and deactivated clients.

Manage All customer Software/License Renewals, and update team for upcoming renewals.

Manage all type of office calls, customer, and support calls and create call tickets in the system, and inform team for the same.

Processing customer orders with suppliers & Maintain documentation.

Requirements and skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures & accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadline.

To be discipline, reliable, and trustworthy

Ability to deal with transactions from different stakeholders (suppliers, customers & employees) and be able to manage them.

Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
