Job Description

Client Job Supervision: - Oversee all accounting tasks for client jobs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Supervise accountants both in the back office and in the main UAE office. Manage staff stationed at client premises, ensuring they meet performance and service standards. Ensure monthly and weekly financial reports are accurately prepared and sent to all clients on time. Maintain comprehensive records of all client communications and reports. Maintain excellent client relationship status at all times, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Train new staff members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and client expectations. Enforce discipline and maintain high levels of motivation among the team. Stay up to date with relevant tax laws and company ordinances, ensuring all activities comply with legal requirements. Implement any necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
