• In-charge of all accounting activities of both financial and management accounting. He is responsible for preparing financial and performance reports, assisting departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, bank accounts, fixed assets and payroll sheet.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in France.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup.
• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
• Work conservatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
• Reports directly to the Financial Manager.
• Participate in the external audit procedure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance.
• Age is not more than 45 years.
• 3-5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Proven working experience as a Chief Accountant at real estate or hospitality companies.
• Very good command in English language.
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience..
• Excellent in MS office package.
• Very good accounting software user and managerial skills, prefer using ERP System.
• Very good interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
