We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant/PRO (Public Relations Officer) and Admin Support professional to join our growing team. This individual will manage the company's financial and public relations functions while also providing essential executive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a diverse role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting :

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll preparation and processing.

PRO (Public Relations Officer) Duties :

• Handle all legal paperwork related to government agencies (work permits, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, etc.).
• Manage company licenses, labor cards, and registrations to ensure they are up to date.
• Coordinate with immigration and labor departments for employee work-related matters.
• Stay updated on government regulations to ensure company compliance.

Executive Administrative Support :

• Calendar Management : Manage the executive team's calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain timely communication of commitments.
• Travel Coordination : Plan and arrange detailed travel itineraries for both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, visas, and travel expense management.
• Meeting & Event Coordination : Organize executive-level meetings, team events, and board meetings. Handle agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions. Coordinate logistics for smooth execution of events.
• Document Preparation : Prepare and format reports, presentations, proposals, and memos with high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
• Communication Management : Screen emails, phone calls, and correspondence, prioritizing communications for executives. Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Confidential Information Handling : Manage sensitive company documents, contracts, and executive files securely, ensuring confidentiality.
• Project Assistance : Provide support on executive-led projects, including progress tracking, status reporting, and coordination with relevant departments.
• Office Operations Support : Assist with office operations including supply ordering, office equipment maintenance, and other administrative needs.
• Expense Management : Prepare and manage executive expense reports and reconcile expenses in line with company policies.
• Presentation & Proposal Development : Assist in the creation and development of high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports for executive meetings and client pitches.
• Multitasking & Prioritization : Handle a variety of tasks efficiently, adapting to changing schedules and urgent business needs.
• Support During High-Pressure Events : Provide executive support during time-sensitive business negotiations, major client presentations, and other high-priority events.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and/or PRO functions.
• Experience providing executive administrative support is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and government regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
