SHEC will bring life to your spaces. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This position will report directly to the board. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities: 1-Reconciling financial statements 2-Organizing financial documents 3-Reviewing financial reports 4-Preparing, submitting, and following up on tax reports 5-Handling administrative duties 6-Managing invoicing processes 7-Maintaining records and archiving documents 8-Managing billing processes 9-Assisting with audits 10-Supervising other staff and delegating responsibilities 11-Performing accounting duties 12-Managing social media platforms 13-Creating content 14-Photographing company events and projects 15-Following up on staff documents 16-Public Relations with the clients ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to supervise staff and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
