We\'re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting and budgeting. Role DescriptionThe Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.2. Budgeting and Forecasting: - Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts. - Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. - Assist in long-term financial planning.3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: - Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.4. Cash Flow Management: - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. - Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend actions to optimize cash flow.5. VAT Filing and Corporate Tax: - Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with VAT regulations. - Maintain knowledge of corporate tax regulations and ensure the company\'s compliance. - Prepare and file corporate tax returns in a timely manner.6. Coordination with Authorities and Banks: - Coordinate with DMCC authority and other government departments to ensure compliance with regulations. - Maintain strong relationships with banks and manage banking operations. - Handle all bank-related matters including account management and transactions.7. Team Management: - Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.8. Multi-location Management: - Oversee financial operations for three locations. - Ensure consistent financial practices and reporting across all locations. - Coordinate with local teams to address any financial issues or discrepancies.9. Occupancy and Vacancy Reporting: - Prepare and maintain occupancy reports for all locations. - Share the vacant office list, sales list, and move-out list with management. - Monitor and report on office occupancy trends and forecasts.10. Stakeholder Communication: - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Communicate financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.11. AML Compliance: - Coordinate with compliance staff to ensure the company\'s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and procedures are up to date. - Ensure the company is AML compliant.12.
