Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager specializing in Auditing to enhance our financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the auditing process, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and audit findings to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess risk and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Work closely with various departments to gather information, address issues, and implement solutions.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas of risk or inefficiency, recommending corrective actions.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing within the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
