Job Title: Accounting Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Liaison to join our dynamic team in the owners association management sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the capability to effectively liaise between the accounting department, operations, and procurement departments. This role requires exceptional MS Excel skills, which will be assessed through a mandatory test prior to the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between the accounting department and operations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to understand financial needs and provide accurate financial information and support.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for various owners associations.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, billing, and collection processes in coordination with operations.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making for operations.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues between accounting records and operational data.
• Facilitate and support operational audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational initiatives and business strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and support operations and procurement staff on financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, preferably within the owners association management sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Exceptional MS Excel skills (mandatory test will be conducted prior to the interview).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Additional Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who already live in Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
