Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Accounts Payable: Help in processing invoices, verifying expense reports, and preparing payments to vendors and suppliers. Accounts Receivable: Assist in tracking and following up on outstanding customer invoices, sending reminders, and posting payments. Expense Tracking: Maintain records of business expenses, receipts, and petty cash transactions. Audit Support: Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations as requested. Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis, such as variance analysis, to identify trends or discrepancies. Documentation: Organize and maintain financial records, documents, and files in accordance with company policies and regulations. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 0-1 years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and reporting. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Proven working experience as an Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports. Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Sound independent judgment BS degree in Accounting or Finance
