We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our client's corporate finance team as an Assistant Manager - Accounting. This key role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our client's financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting: Oversee daily accounting activities including managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger entries, accruals, fixed assets, and other liabilities.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate recording of transactions.
Accounts Payable (AP): Supervise the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Review and approve journal entries and month-end closing activities.
Complex Transactions: Provide expert advice on complex accounting treatments for one-off transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
