\xc2\xb7 Assist in accounting month-end and year-end closing processes. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports and maintain accuracy and organized financial records and documents. \xc2\xb7 Organize financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders. \xc2\xb7 Verifying inventory adjustments and investigating and resolving stock variances. \xc2\xb7 Verify and conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records. \xc2\xb7 Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. \xc2\xb7 Manage administrative responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Enter and verify the accuracy of financial transactions. \xc2\xb7 Support the accounting team leader with various tasks as needed. Professional Requirements for the role: \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel \xc2\xb7 2 year of accounting experience in the UAE \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree holder. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as a team member. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,250.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
