Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting & Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks, managing logistics operations, and ensuring that financial transactions and supply chain activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the Senior Accounting Manager in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in the management of payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Logistics:

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in stock audits to maintain accuracy in stock records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Support in the preparation of shipping documents and compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in the optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management and order fulfillment.

Administrative:

• Maintain accurate records and files for both accounting and logistics operations.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics and financial performance as required.
• Provide support to the team on various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or logistics roles.
• Licenses: Valid driving license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management is a plus.
