We are seeking an employee to take on the dual role of Accountant and Storekeeper at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities as well as overseeing inventory and warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Accounting: . Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. . Manage accounts payable and receivable. . Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations. . Monitor financial transactions and perform reconciliations. . Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements. . Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Storekeeping: . Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies. . Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory. . Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies. . Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. . Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse. .
