We are looking for a Accountant & Executive Secretary to join our team at Dunes Trailers , a food truck trading and rental business. In this role , you will handle both accounting tasks and administrative support for the company. You will be responsible for managing finances, providing assistance to the management team, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities: Accounting
• Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Track company expenses and revenues.
• Assist with payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Executive Secretary:
• Assist the executive team with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare documents and reports for meetings.
• Organize company files and important records.
• Keep track of deadlines and follow up on tasks.
Reception and Office Duties:
• Greet visitors and clients professionally.
• Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.
• Assist with food truck rental bookings and customer inquiries.
• Maintain the front desk area and handle mail and packages.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in accounting or as an administrative assistant.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
