The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and administrative duties, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Support the finance team with budget preparation and forecasting.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in accounting or finance.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
